Our KeyCard scheme has been running successfully since May 2002 and we currently have over 6,000 members.

The scheme works as a loyalty system, whereby when a customer makes a purchase anywhere in the store they are given the option to become a member.

Once a customer has become a member they are given a silver Holdens of Newark keyring. The computer then automatically generates an account number which is then recorded on our database along with the customers name and address enabling us to access details and answer queries faster and more efficiently.

What’s in it for you?
Once a customer has become a member they are invited to sale previews and open days 3 – 4 times a year. We also have 5 ranges a month known as our ‘key ranges’. All members are entitled to a 5% discount off these particular ranges.
