Holdens AIS Award Winners

We at Holdens are tremendously proud that over the past 15 years we have come in the top three places on an amazing 12 occasions - quite an achievement and proof of the high levels of presentation and service that you can expect when you shop with us.

"The furniture section of AIS is an association made up of 112 independent furniture retailers, of whom 55 are in the same category as Holdens and we all compete for an annual award from AIS.

The judges in the awards are the suppliers to the retailers and they have four main criteria on which to base their judgment:

The level of professionalism and product knowledge shown by sales staff in the store

The standard of product presentation in store

The efficiency of warehouse handling procedures to minimise goods in transit damage

The streamlined nature of administration procedures to ensure smooth processing of orders and payments
